Full Time Accounts Clerk
    Fusion Cruises is now seeking a full time Customer Service / Accounts Clerk to join our small team.

    Some important aspects of the role will include:
    • Issuing prepay invoices
    • Chasing up payments
    • Data entries and bookkeeping
    • Liaising with clients and travel agents
    • Answering phone calls and basis office duties

    Skills and qualifications required by applicants include:
    • Strong administration skills with sound knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
    • Accounting background is preferred but not essential
    • Ability to work as part of a small team and assist others when needed
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Must be available for full time work (Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm), days of special events flexibility required
    • Office based in Gladesville. Parking is available.
    • Mandarin and Cantonese speaker will be an advantage

    Two Weeks paid training will be provided. Immediately start.
