Warehouse Admin
    The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    1. Assist with management of multi customer 3PL Warehouse operations with an awareness of activity capture and  billing
    2. Coordinate staff planning&work assignment to ensure team efficiency
    3. Daily activity reporting and KPI reporting
    4. Collaborate with warehouse manager to achieve operation goals
    5. OH&S compliance within the NSW warehouse
    6. Manage the spreadsheet of deliveries and schedule for pick up
    7. Confirm delivery times with clients
    8. Create and print documentation
    9. Create invoices for all deliveries
    10. Ensure all signed documentation is received and filed
    11. Responding to email and phone requiries from customers

    1. Previous Administration experience
    2. Effective Verbal/Written skills
    3. High attention to detail
    4. Strong problem solving capabilities and communication skills
    5. Intermediate MS Office skills
    6. a great work ethic
    7. Mandarin speaking is preferable but not essential
    8. Experience in AP/AR
