    Job Duties

    · Reception including answering phones and greeting visitors and guests. Take messages when required
    · Maintaining customer files and following up customer request.
    · Assisting Purchasing team on supplier management, including sourcing new suppliers
    · Liaising with warehouse on inventories and shipment
    · General administrative duties including scanning, filing and managing stationary requirements of office
    · Supporting for all staff and departments

    Skills & Experience

    · Proficient, professional and polite written and verbal skills
    · Previous administration work experience
    · Microsoft office skills
    · Previous experience with MYOB (Not Essential as training will be provided)
    · Highly developed prioritization and time management skills
    · Demonstration of a resilient and adaptable attitude to the workplace
    · Excellent communication skills
